Madinah Family Villa

Madinah Family Villa brings together family life, planting and water within a 16 × 31 metre residential plot. Developed around the existing building shell, the proposal connects three occupied floors through a shared language of warm mineral finishes, pale stone, timber and softly layered light.

A narrow pool court and a planted indoor gallery form the heart of the ground floor. The salon, quiet library, dining room and everyday living spaces offer different settings for gathering and retreat. Beside the kitchen, a shaded outdoor dining court extends daily life into the garden.

Family bedrooms and a shared lounge occupy the first floor. Above, a guest suite, flexible activity room, media lounge and roof terrace accommodate visitors, exercise and informal time together. Built-in furniture, storage, ceiling details and lighting give each room a distinct character within the wider material palette.

The project is presented through exterior and interior visualizations, furnished plans, four elevations, six sections and a coordinated set of room cutaways and assembly studies. Enlarged drawings explore the pool, stairs, planting, glazing, roofs, cabinetry and the connections between indoor and outdoor spaces.
